Diplomas Denied

This is an outrage !! Philadelphia High School was strict and didn’t allow some student to get their diploma along with the others because of a simple congratulations gesture. I’ve never heard of this and I don’t think it’s quite fair.

After so many complaints the school district apologized but the students will never get that once in a lifetime moment back.
