Supreme Court judge nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson is the most popular nominee in years trending all over. Nominated by President Joe Biden, Judge Jackson seemed to be in the hot seat during her confirmation hearing. Republicans aggressively interrogated her, questioning her intellect with baiting questions.

Senator Ted Cruz lectured Jackson about the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “Could you fairly judge a catholic?” asked Senator Graham. She was also questioned about her definition of a “woman.”

However, democratic cohort Senator Cory Booker the only black member of the committee comes to her defense. Booker delivered an encouraging passionate speech. A tearful Judge Jackson seemed to be strengthened by the support of her peer.

The way Judge Jackson handled those attacks with such restraint and grace further qualifies her as well as her credentials.
