Adidas has filed a lawsuit against fast-fashion retailer Fashion Nova, alleging that the company has infringed on its trade dress. According to the suit, which was filed earlier this month in California federal court, Fashion Nova’s actions constitute unfair competition, among other things! This is not the first time that Adidas has taken legal action against a clothing company for alleged trade dress infringement; the sportswear brand also sued Skechers in 2017.
